Both Standard and Pro accounts have unlimited photo capability– so take full advantage! Also, check to make sure you have pinned the correct location for your listing on the Google map. Both our account plans allow you to upload any custom map type such as a plat, topo map, soil map, or timber data and we suggest all account holders utilize this LANDFLIP feature. Pro account subscribers can even use enhanced mapping to easily add property boundaries and visual points of interest markers to listings.
Don’t hesitate to post a virtual tour directly to LANDFLIP and YouTube, since this is an option for both types of accounts. Highlight the unique features of your farmland, timberland or ranchland for sale, while creating a virtual experience for visitors to our network of websites. Sometimes, busy land agents are in a hurry to add a new listing on LANDFLIP and seem to forget the importance of good property description- notice the emphasis is on good. Actually, you need an excellent, well-worded property description, more than just a sentence or two.
