On Tuesday, January 30th, 2018, at 1:00 PM CST, bidders will assemble for the auction of the 717 +/- acre Sutherland NE Farm & North Platte River, located in Lincoln County, Nebraska. The nice farmland property, just 4 miles west of Sutherland on Sarben Road, will be offered in 4 parcels. Two parcels of land for future building sites will also be offered for purchase.

This is a nice opportunity to purchase pivot irrigated cropland, North Platte River frontage with sub-irrigated pasture, accretion and productive hay meadow and 2 acreages that would be good future building sites. Property sells as 4 parcels, any combination of the parcels and as a whole.

The site of the auction is Sutherland Legion Post 208. The sale of the property will be contingent upon meeting an agreed upon minimum bid for the complete property.
