Meet Robert King: Land Agent and 2011 LANDTHINK Contributor of the Year

Robert King, land agent with AlaLandCo, is one of our most popular LANDTHINK Contributors that uses his knowledge of real estate, his education in Ag Business and Economics, and his knowledge of the area to cover a broad range of land topics that keep buyers and sellers abreast of current land issues.

Robert, who was born and raised in Clay County, Alabama, has lived there his entire life. In 2003, he joined the team at AlaLandCo, while finishing his education at Auburn University. He has accumulated over 10 years of experience in selling and marketing land for sale and has seen his business and contacts continually expand, as AlaLandCo has grown into one of the area’s premier land brokerage firms. Staying true to his deep Alabama roots, Robert lives on and operates his family’s cattle operation, King Cattle Farm. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, canoeing, fishing and hiking. He and his wife, Melanie, have two sons, Austin and Kobe.
