Did you know there is a way to move your listings to the front of the line on LANDFLIP? It’s important to make sure your listings are updated to ensure accurate and quality listings. We like to reward active and engaged customers!

Each time you update your listings they are moved to the top of the listing search results. A change of price on the hunting tract a seller just reduced would move this listing back to the front of the line. Adding maps or additional photos with the new unlimited photos upload tool will move your listing back to the top of the search. Suppose your seller decides to offer Owner Financing, once again moving your listing to the front of the line. Take a little extra time and review your current listings to confirm your descriptions truly showcase all the highlights on your properties.
