The majority of this 139 +/- acre Hardwood Recreation Tract is located within a peninsula of Saline Bayou in Winn Parish, Louisiana, comprising approximately 1.85 miles of frontage and 139 surveyed acres above the top bank of the bayou. This section of the Bayou is located between two dam structures and is known primarily for its commercial catfishing opportunities, as well as crappie potential. A graveled area is used as a boat launch on the property. Several boat launches are available nearby to fish or duck hunt Saline Lake or Black/Clear Lakes.
