With the New Year fast approaching, we at LANDFLIP wanted to take some time to reflect on a fantastic year. We know that 2011 has not been kind to everyone, the unemployment rate is still high and the real estate industry is making a slow recovery, but LANDFLIP is grateful for a year of growth and improvement.
In a diligent effort to respond to the needs of a rapidly growing customer base, LANDFLIP, an exclusive real estate marketing platform, has launched its second complementary website, FARMFLIP.com in beta. This unique website is devoted to farm land for sale including agricultural land, timberland, pastureland, CRP and other income producing farm land. FARMFLIP.com will complement LANDFLIP.com and LOTFLIP.com, which launched in September of this year. Both land marketing platforms have grown exponentially, with increased monthly visitors to the sites and an expanding customer base.
For those of us in the real estate industry, it comes as no surprise when we see property interest fade and sales dwindle in the period from Thanksgiving until we usher in the new year. Now is the time when everyone is preoccupied with cooking and baking, visiting family and friends, attending holiday parties, decorating their home and frantically shopping for items on their holiday gift list.
