This farm consists of approximately 80 acres of land, with approximately 30 acres of cropland with a full wheat base and 42 bushel yield. The balance of the farm is in native/Bermuda grass and 2 ponds. Minerals will be offered separately and then back with the surface rights. Seller has a .00781250 net interest and receives approximately $1,000 annually. Possession will be given after the harvest of the existing wheat crop and at closing on the improvements and pasture.
