On Thursday, August 21st, at 10:00 AM CDT, bidders will gather for the live auction of 3120 +/- acres of land in Laverne, Oklahoma. Located in Harper County, this property will sold in two tracts to the highest bidder.
Tract 1: A 2560 +/- acre tract with a rolling type terrain of native grass. There are 4 water wells powered by windmills. The land consists of approximately 200 acres of river bottom land (river does not run on this tract) with the Beaver River just south 100’ or so across the fence line. The land then transitions several times from a moderate sand hill terrain then to larger hills and big open bottoms with good grass, trees and water holes. Good to excellent wildlife habitat though the land. Fences are new on the west and south sides and fair to good on the east and north.
Tract 2: 560 +/- acres of native grass with approximately 3/4 mile of the Beaver River running on this land. The fence is new on the North side and good to fair on the 3 other sides. The river makes this land excellent for hunting and access to water. The river bottom is big and has lots of good grass in it. NOTE: The fence in the NE corner of tract #2 joins the fence in the SW/4 of tract #1.
