Many of the tracts offer development and hunting/recreational potential. The property will be offered in 24 tracts, ranging in size from 3.6 +/- acres to 172.7 +/- acres, and is located in the Lake County, Indiana, Lowell, Crown Point and St. John, Indiana, area.
Buyers will have the option of bidding on these tracts at the auction site, or live online at www.schraderauction.com. Bidders must pre-register prior to the auction by Monday, October 28th.
